    What is such an analysis?
    It is a quick and accurate check of various types of errors in the text.

    During the analysis, we check:

    • spelling mistakes, typos, letter rearrangements, and words that appear to be correct,
    • inconsistencies in the spelling of unknown words,
    • homophones,
    • joint and separate spelling,
    • repetitions,
    • punctuation,
    • incorrect expressions,
    • wordbreak,
    • alliterations,
    • widows.

    The program that enables the analysis of the correctness of a text was created in 2012 at the request of one of the publishing houses. We have been constantly improving it since then – during editorial and proofreading work, we observe problematic cases and find patterns of errors.

    The text can be analyzed at any time during the publishing work. You can do it yourself or have us do it.

    The program gives us suggestions, supports our work with its options – we ultimately decide what should be improved.

    The text you receive after analysis looks like the text after correction – with changes or comments.

    Thanks to us, the publishing world can use modern technologies and, at the same time, maintain
    control over the text.

  • Preparation of indexes

    We prepare indexes: personal, personal-subject, subject, geographical, titular.

    • We create an index from an already-prepared list or make one from scratch.
    • We consult any doubts with the editor.
    • We prepare indexes at every stage of work on the text, especially at the end, especially when there is little time left.
    • We also prepare indexes in selected foreign languages.

    We use our own tools in our work.

    And how do they work?
    They find the contexts of interest (inflected, with typos, with wordbreak), and our linguist checks their correctness.

    What does it give?
    We do not omit them, we find inconsistencies in the record. We search for terms in contexts, not single words.

    What do you get?
    The index that has been thoroughly checked for any differences in the notation.

  • E-book development

    We take care or various e-books, including the more demanding ones (with photos, footnotes and other elements).

    • The electronic version of the book we make has all the necessary elements, such as tables of contents, cover, metadata, footnotes, links and graphic files, if they are any in the publication.
    • From the beginning to the end of our work, we are in contact with the client: we implement the wishes, propose solutions that will ensure the best possible reception for the reader, we make changes and corrections if necessary.

    How do we create e-books?
    Most often from HTML files, but we can do it with other files, including PDF. We agree on everything at the beginning of cooperation.

    E-book in universal ePub and mobi format, tested on various devices.

  • Plagiarism check

    Our program compares publications and indicates fragments that require correction or editing.

    We usually compare a book with Internet resources, sometimes a book with another book or a publication in electronic format.

    How do we verify the text?
    We use our own tool that processes texts and compares them with materials from the Internet or with other publications.

    What do you get?
    A clear report that shows identical, similar and partially similar fragments in the verified text and in the text from the website from which the material was taken and it also includes a link to the given page.

  • Other work related to the publishing process

    We also support publishers during different steps of the publication, e.g. we develop bibliographies (in Polish and English). So, if you have an unusual order, write to us.
